To gift an upcoming subscription order, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account and click "upcoming orders."

2. Then you can view all your upcoming orders and click "gift" on the order that you'd like to send to a friend. 

3. Fill in their shipping information and leave a gift message!

How can I change the order frequency on my Subscribe & Benefit orders?

To change the order frequency on your subscription order:

1. Make sure you are logged in to your account.

2. On the upper right-hand side of your subscription profile, click "Manage Account."

3. A sidebar will pop up and then you will click "Manage Subscriptions."

4. Click "Edit" on the subscription that you want to change frequency on. 

5. You will see "Delivery Frequency" and can easily change it to "Deliver Every 1 Month" or "Deliver Every 2 Months."

How can I view my upcoming deliveries?

Make sure you are logged in to your account. Your very next scheduled orders will be listed in the “Upcoming Orders” section.

How do I make changes to my Subscribe & Benefit account information?

1. Make sure you are logged in to your account. 

2. Click on "Manage Account" in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Here you can change your address or add a new one by clicking "Delivery Addresses." 

How can I skip/unskip an upcoming Subscribe & Benefit order?

1. Make sure you are logged in to your account. 

2. Click on "Upcoming Orders."

3. You can view all your upcoming orders, click on "Skip" for the one you want to skip for that month. 

4. If you want to unskip, follow steps 1-2 and navigate to the order that you had initially skipped, and click "Unskip."

Cancelling a Subscribe & Benefit subscription.

1. Make sure you are logged in to your account. 

2. Click on "Manage Account" in the upper right-hand corner.

3. A sidebar will pop up and then you will click "Manage Subscriptions."

4. Click "Edit" on the subscription that you want to cancel. 

5.  Under the billing section, click "Cancel subscription."

How can I send an order now?

1. Make sure you are logged in to your account. 

2. Go to the "Upcoming Orders" section on your profile. 

3. On your upcoming order, hit the "Send Now" button. 

How can I add items onto my order?

1. Make sure you are logged in to your account. 

2. Go to the "Upcoming Orders" section on your profile. 

3. On your soonest upcoming order, you will see an "Add to your Shipment" area. Here you can click on the items you'd like to add on, choose whether it would be a "one time add-on" or "subscribe & save" and choose the dates for the order which you want it to be added onto.
