Where does Camel Milk come from?

Our Camel Milk comes from sustainable small camel farms. We only work with farms that love their camels and milk them ethically.

Why does Camel Milk cost so much?

Camels produce a much lower yield of milk compared to a cow. They only give milk when they have a baby and lactation lasts from 10 months to over a year. Camels have long pregnancies, and it’s not easy to breed them. Milking camels (cows) produce around 5-6 litres a day. So it takes a whole farm, lots of feed and pasture and care to milk those beauties.

How is Camel Milk processed?

The milk is pasteurized which means it is heated to a certain low-heat temperature to make sure that there are no harmful pathogens and at the same time to preserve all the amazing natural qualities.
