How much is shipping?
US Orders:
- Subscriptions ship free
- Regular shipping costs are $8
- We offer free shipping on orders over $100
Canada:
- Regular shipping costs are $16 USD for one item, $25 for 2+ items
- Subscription: Canada Delivery $25 USD per shipment
When will I receive my package?
Most orders are processed and shipped on the next business day. Typical delivery in the US is within 3-5 business days, depending on your distance to our warehouse and the carriers' internal processes. Delivery times for international orders typically take longer due to location and customs processes.
Where do you ship from?
Our products usually ship from our central warehouse in Michigan (USA).
Occasionally we may ship an item from one of our production facilities, for example if the warehouse is out of stock and this is the quickest option to fulfill your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code to track your order. Please click the tracking link in your email for the current status of your shipment.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns & offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase.
