How much is shipping?

We offer flatrate shipping to the United States and Canada. 

For orders of any size, shipping is $6.95 to the US and $9.95 to Canada.

Please note all our prices are in US$. 

Where do you ship from?

Our products usually ship from our central warehouse in Michigan, USA.

Occasionally we may ship from our production facility in Israel (for example when the warehouse is out of stock of an item in your order and this is the quickest option).

If your order contains product samples, we may also ship these from another location.

When will I receive my package?

While we try to deliver domestic orders within 5-7 business days, this is not always possible, as we depend on 3rd party warehouses. We therefore ask our customers to allow for up to 14 business days for delivery. We are currently looking to add additional fulfillment partners that can offer faster shipping.

Delivery times for international orders depend on location and customs clearance.

In most cases you can expect to receive a tracking link for your order within 7 business days.

What is your return policy?

We love our Camel Milk Skincare products and hope you will, too. If not, we are here for you.

Unused and unopened items that are in their original condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns will be processed in the original payment method.

If you are not satisfied with a product you received, the opened item can be returned within 30 days for a store credit in the full amount paid for the item provided that more than 50% of the product has not been used.

Please note the Camel Milk Discovery Set is not eligible for return or exchange.

If a product has been damaged when received, we require a photo to be sent to us upon arrival and we may ask that you send the product back to us.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code to track your order. Please click the tracking link in your email for the current status of your shipment.
