About the relaunch

We recently relaunched the brand with a tighter focus and a clearer structure. Some things changed as part of that reset, and some core things did not. This page explains, in plain terms, what changed, what didn't, how pricing works now, and what actions (if any) you can take.

Key Facts (Read This First)

  • We're currently offering two core products: The Camel Milk Body Butter and the Camel Milk Face & Body Soap, plus The Skin-Renew Ritual (bundle).
  • The formulas have not changed.
  • Pricing has been updated to reflect current costs.
  • Supporter ('loyalty') pricing exists for eligible customers and is account-based. Log in to verify.
  • Subscriptions are fully customer-controlled: pause, skip, change cadence, or cancel anytime.

  • The product lineup has been reduced to a smaller, focused range.
  • Prices and shipping availability have been updated.
  • Subscriptions were reset as part of the relaunch.
  • Ordering now runs through the current site and account system. Existing customer accounts still work (log in as usual).

What did not change

  • Product formulas.
  • Ingredients.
  • Quality standards and manufacturing approach.
  • Intended use and overall product experience.

Why Pricing Changed

We have kept our prices constant (unchanged) for the past 8 years, while the cost of producing our products have increased significantly across ingredients, manufacturing, and logistics. The current (new) pricing reflects what it takes to maintain the same quality and consistency without altering the formulas or cutting corners.

Product Line & Availability

At relaunch, we're focused on a limited lineup to support consistent use and predictable availability.

  • Only the Camel Milk Body Butter and the Camel Milk Face & Body Soap are available at this time.
  • No additional products are planned to return during the current supporter/loyalty period (see below)
  • The Skin-Renew Ritual (bundle) is available for customers who prefer a structured routine.

Subscriptions

For consistent results from camel milk and lasting skin health, we recommend regular long-term use of Cammellatte products.

Flexible subscriptions offer the most convenient and economical way of purchasing.

During our relaunch period, we are offering preferential pricing on subscriptions to existing customers (see supporter/loyalty pricing below).

Supporter (Loyalty) Pricing

Loyalty pricing is a lower subscription price than standard subscription pricing and is available for existing customers who sign up by March 3rd, 2026.

Who is eligible

Anyone who purchased a Cammellatte product before the relaunch is eligible. Eligibility is account-based and tied to the email used for prior purchases.

How long supporter pricing lasts

Loyalty pricing applies as long as the subscription remains active.

What 'active' means

A subscription is active if it is not canceled.

  • Pause counts as active.
  • Skip counts as active.
  • Payment failure counts as active for up to 60 days.
  • A 14-day reactivation window applies in case of accidental cancelation.

If you cancel

  • Once a subscription is canceled, it is no longer active and loyalty pricing eligibility ends within 14 days..
  • If you reactivate within 14 days, supporter pricing continues.
  • If you reactivate after 14 days, standard pricing applies.

Payment failures

If a payment fails:

  • Your subscription remains active while we email reminders to update your payment method.
  • The active grace period lasts up to 60 days from the first failed payment.
  • If payment is not updated within 60 days, the subscription is canceled.

How do I get supporter (Loyalty) pricing?

The deadline to sign up for loyalty pricing is March 3rd, 2026. Eligibility is determined by your customer account.

  1. Log in using the email you previously purchased with.
  2. Check your account area for supporter pricing status at this link.
  3. If you've used multiple emails in the past, try logging in with each one.

Contact support if:

  • You cannot access your account, or
  • Your prior purchase isn't showing despite using the correct email.

Common Questions

Can I buy without subscribing?

Yes. One-time purchases are always available at standard pricing.

Can I still buy the Body Lotion?

The Body Lotion is currently unavailable. We are planning to bring it back later in the year as a limited drop. You can sign up here to be notified when it becomes available.

Can I change my subscription frequency later?

Yes. You can change cadence anytime from your account.

Do I keep supporter pricing if I pause or skip?

Yes. Pause and skip still count as active.

What about shipping?
